The Marriott Center, located in Provo, Utah, is a premier venue known for hosting a variety of events, including concerts, sports, and community gatherings. Opened in 1975, this multi-purpose arena has a seating capacity of over 18,000, making it one of the largest venues in the region. The center is home to the Brigham Young University (BYU) Cougars basketball teams and regularly hosts NCAA tournaments, making it a hub for college sports enthusiasts.

Throughout the year, the Marriott Center features a diverse lineup of events. From thrilling basketball games to captivating concerts by renowned artists, there is always something happening at this vibrant venue. Ticket prices vary depending on the event category; for instance, basketball games typically range from $15 to $50, while concerts can range from $30 to $150 based on the artist's popularity and seating selection.

Positive reviews highlight the venue's excellent acoustics and sightlines, ensuring that every attendee has an enjoyable experience. The Marriott Center also offers various amenities, including concessions and merchandise stands, enhancing the overall event experience for fans and ticket buyers alike.

Seating Information

The seating arrangement at the Marriott Center is designed to provide optimal viewing experiences for all attendees. The best sections are generally considered to be those located close to the court or stage. For basketball games, seats in sections A and B offer an unparalleled view of the action, while concert-goers often prefer sections 1 through 5 for their proximity to performers.

Conversely, sections located further back or in the upper levels may not provide as clear a view of events. However, these sections can be more affordable options for those on a budget. Overall, the general layout accommodates various event types effectively, ensuring that every seat has its advantages.

Parking Information

Parking at the Marriott Center is convenient but can be limited during high-attendance events. The best parking option is the BYU Parking Lot located at 150 E 100 N, which offers ample space and is just a short walk from the venue entrance. Parking rates typically range from $5 to $10 depending on the event.

In addition to BYU Parking Lot, there are several other parking options available nearby. However, it is advisable to avoid street parking in residential areas as it may lead to fines or towing. The Marriott Center's central location in Provo makes it easily accessible from major roadways, ensuring that attendees can arrive with minimal hassle.
